Twelve years of gentle medicine

We built Animally for pets who'd rather be anywhere else — and for the people who love them.

Our story

From two rooms to a whole street corner

In 2013 Dr. Rafael Moreno opened a two-room clinic on Rua Harmonia with a single rule: no pet leaves more scared than it arrived.

Since then we've added a surgery suite, an in-house lab, a quiet ward for rabbits and exotics, a separate cat entrance and a grooming spa — and kept the rule.

What we believe

Four promises we keep

01
Fear-free by default
Low lights, treats, slow handling and no rushing. A calm pet is a better-examined pet.
02
Honest medicine
Clear options with clear prices. We explain what's essential and what can wait.
03
Always on call
A vet answers the emergency line around the clock, every day of the year.
04
Every species welcome
Dogs and cats, of course — and rabbits, birds and reptiles with vets trained for them.
